Pregnancy is a wonderfully exciting and emotional time but also can be a daunting challenge for many women, both physically and mentally.  Women often comment that they feel so much better after yoga and had the best nights sleep in ages.
 
I have been told many times that my pregnancy yoga classes in Burnham and Marlow were the most beneficial thing women did during pregnancy. Midwives regularly compliment my students on their  calm and controlled breathing techniques  during labour.

No previous yoga experience is required. 
 
Classes are suitable from 13 – 42 weeks.

Learning to self-soothe through the breathing exercises and movement of yoga, you are able to access a calm, quiet, internal state of mind, which encourages a positive birth experience.
